On a recent return to Maine from Albany we lost a transmission line due to an aged coupling. AAA recommended Ken and much to our surprise he took us into his only open bay as soon as the tow truck delivered us. Ken and his crew did a temporary fix and we were back on the road within a couple of hours! And to top that off, Ken called us about at about 300 miles into our drive. He just wanted to make sure all was well. That is service from someone who cares!
